  Hospitality of staff was great. They went out of way to prepare dishes even if it was off the menu. Rooms were clean with al luxurious amenities. Location was great amid-st nature. 10 mins walk from mcloedgunj and 10 mins from dharamkot was convenient.

  Great hotel, lovely service, would definitely visit again. The rooms were abundantly luxurious. If one wants to experience eternal luxury then voila! conrad would give you that. The staff is also is extremely polite and prioritize the people staying with them. We loved how perfect the room decor was. I mean, as a couple all you need is a comfy and a place filled with solace. The interior is indeed very sophisticated.

  the property is undoubtedly gorgeous afterall it’s a palace that has been decorated with all the modern day facilities! the staff makes the stay even better. amar ji from rajput room made our breakfast experience a memorable one by recommending the marwar nashta! he has definitely mastered the technique of providing the best service without disturbing the guests too much. secondly, i must mention mahendra ji from spa … extremely attentive to guests’ needs … he made us feel so pampered! from providing the tea after spa to feeding the peacocks … he’s made sure that we had a great time … it made our stay memorable for sure. employees like these make the taj stay even more valuable! i’m leaving the property feeling content and wowed…my only complaint would be that - desserts at suvarna mahal need to be revised .. they are extremely sweet without any other flavour nuances.

  It’s great property, but expensive to visit frequently. Very good views from the hotel. Nature walk in to the forest woods is good experience, no one allowed that side other than hotel guests. Staff are very friendly and created home atmosphere for the entire stay. We visited a place called peak which is very nice, you can see 360 degrees of mountain view.

We booked garden villa and evrthng inside the room was fantastic and i felt like home,everything what we needed was well arranged ..and bathroom especially i loved the most…..restaurant and food was fabulous…my baby was not eating anythng and those people were so nice they made porridge and baby happily ate …all the staffs was soo kind ..feel like going once again
