MMT Assured Hotel Booking Protection:
- When you make an MMT Assured Hotel Booking, MMT along with the participating hotels are committed to ensure 100% booking protection. Participating hotels would ensure an amazing stay experience with awesome rooms and great services true to their offer. The participating hotels would extend their customer care and grievance redressal services to 24x7 hotline services managed by MMT to the customer booking through MMT with an assurance to resolve customer problems within 60 minutes.
- As an MMT booking protection if the issue is not resolved within 60 mins we will ensure to make your stay free and provide gift vouchers worth INR 10,000, if your claim is valid and eligible as per the terms and conditions of this assurance.
Detailed Terms & Conditions:
- This protection is valid only for MMT Assured Hotel Bookings between 23rd March, 2017 and 6th April, 2017.
- In order to be eligible, the customer must satisfy the below conditions:
- Customer must write to MMTsocial@makemytrip.com between 23rd March, 2017 and 6th April, 2017 confirming his/her claim for protection.
- Customer must share the copy of the booking confirmation voucher.
- Claims will be entertained only if the details are shared on the above said email Id. Claims sent on individual email IDs will not be entertained.
- Only one claim per booking Id will be valid under the program.
- MMT will verify the claim of the customer and revert to the customer within two (2) weeks.
- Upon verification, in case the claim is found to be valid and eligible under this program, MMT will ensure to make your stay free by [.] within [.]. In addition, MMT will provide gift vouchers worth INR 10,000 to the first six (6) valid and eligible claims received by MMT.
- MMT will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse or misuse of the program by the customer or the claim does not fulfil eligibity criteria as set forth.
- MMT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this program by another program, whether similar to this or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- MMT is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
- MMT User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply.
- MMT shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental losses, damages incurred by any customer while availing this program.
- Travel agents are barred from sending claims on behalf of their customers to avail the program. MMT reserves the right to reject such claims.
- MMT shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any force majeure events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of MMT.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in New Delhi only.
Disclaimer on MMT services:
- Participating hotels are committed to deliver the promised services to the customers booking through MMT and has voluntarily agreed with MMT to participate in this joint initiative for customer protection.
- The Assured hotel booking protection is only to protect customers booking through MMT against participating Assured hotels not living up to the promised content of services or depicted quality of rooms and amenities on MMT portal.
- MMT only act as a booking agent facilitating hotel room reservation between the hotels who are the primary service providers with respect to Hotel accommodation services and the customer who are the ultimate users of the hotel accommodation services rendered by the hotel.
- The participating Assured hotels are solely responsible for the content, design, delivery quality or quantity of their offered services directly to the customers booking hotel rooms. This protection should never be understood to treat MMT as responsible for the content, design, delivery, quality or quantity of services promised/offered by the participating Assured hotels. This is not a promise of MMT to render the services promised by Assured hotels or even to amend the composition of the offer by hotels.
