When you make a booking through MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited (“MMT”) platform, the said terms and conditions shall apply with regard to the Offers laid hereunder.

How do you get it?
- To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
- The offer is valid from 23rd – 30th April’25 (both days included) between 0000 Hours and 2359 Hours.

Flights TnCs
- For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee, taxes and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
- The offer is not applicable on payments made through Debit Card, My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift Card and BOBCARD Net Banking, corporate card option.
- The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers applicable during the offer period.
Hotels TnCs
- The offer is valid on select properties.
- For Hotels, Villas and Apartments, the discount is to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax price).
- The offer is not applicable on payments made through Debit Card, My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift card and net banking payments.
Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase, MakeMyTrip will deduct cancellation charges from the refund amount.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
Terms of the Offer:
- The offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by BOBCARD. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by BOBCARD to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
- This Offer is NOT applicable on BOBCARD Corporate and Commercial cards.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
- MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

What else do you need to know?
FLIGHTS
- For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
- The offer is not valid on "Multi-City Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on MakeMyTrip website.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift card and net banking payments.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through Federal Bank Debit cards, Net Banking or App
HOTELS
- The offer is valid on select properties.
- For Hotels, Villas and Apartments, the discount is to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax price).
- The offer is not valid on pay at hotel or Book/Reserve-Now-Pay-later bookings.
- The offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift card and net banking payments.
- The offer is not applicable on payments made through Federal Bank Debit cards Net Banking or App
Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
Terms of the Offer:
- If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
- This offer is NOT applicable on Federal Bank commercial cards.
- Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
- Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Federal Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by Federal Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to approach Federal Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
- MakeMyTrip & Federal Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Bank. MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event will the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
- Any queries, escalations, dispute related to the services made available on the MakeMyTrip needs to be directly addressed by MakeMyTrip. Federal Bank will not be responsible for the same in any manner
- Federal Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any services availed by the customer under the Offer.
- Federal Bank and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any Cardholder from the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

Terms of the Offer:
- The Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (’HSBC’) and MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited (’MakeMyTrip’), and any participation in the said Offer is voluntary.
- During the Offer Period Cardholders can avail the Offer using their valid HSBC Credit Card.
- This Offer is applicable to existing and new resident HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding corporate cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders').

- Terms and Conditions of MakeMyTrip would apply with respect to cancellation of orders, refund and rebooking. - All decisions with respect to the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholder under the Offer, any other claims with regards to the Offer against HSBC are deemed waived.
- HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the services Offered under this Offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer, directly with MakeMyTrip.
- HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be su ered, as a result of participating in the Offer.
- Prior to availing the Offer by making any purchases on MakeMyTrip website and/or mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and Terms and Conditions of the said website and mobile application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder might be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and mobile application, prior to providing any such information. - Appropriate discount will be applied only on using valid Cards on purchases made on MakeMyTrip's e-commerce website the mobile website or mobile application during the promotion period for the minimum Net Transaction Value as per the Offer.
- The Net Transaction Value is the total purchase value arrived at before availing discount under this Offer only on the base fare. The Cardholders are advised to check the applicability of the discount before making the payment.
- HSBC and/or MakeMyTrip reserve the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated. HSBC shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation in case of said cancellations by MakeMyTrip.
- The discount amount offered will not be settled in cash under any circumstances whatsoever.
- The Offer will only be applicable on transactions where appropriate and valid promo code has been applied by the Cardholder before executing/making the payment.
- Any defects, deficiency, claims, issues, damages or losses arising with respect to the product/services shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider and HSBC will not be responsible for the same.
- Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained during the Offer Period only. If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
- In case of complete cancellation of the order by the Cardholder, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. In case of partial cancellation of the order, the Cardholder shall qualify for the Offer only on the basis of the net amount payable.
