Interstate & Intrastate Travel Guidelines

General Guidelines:
- E-pass is mandatory for interstate travel (applicable in select states).
- Only two passengers will be allowed to travel other than the driver (can vary in some states).
- All passengers need to carry a government ID with a valid address proof.
- Movement will now be allowed between 5 AM to 9 PM (can vary in some states).
- Wearing a mask is mandatory while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years or those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years are advised to stay home.
- Pickup/drop will not be allowed in Containment Zones.
State wise Guidelines
Andhra Pradesh
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.

- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years, those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.
Arunachal Pradesh
- There are no restrictions/ quarantine requirements for inter-district travellers, goods and services. Only a 24-hour travel pass is required (for those travelling from neighboring states) and this can be applied for at the exit point of each district.
- Travellers are encouraged to self-monitor their health constantly and contact the nearest District helpline number should any need arise.
Assam
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years, those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.
Chandigarh
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Chandigarh.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years, those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.
Chhattisgarh
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Chhattisgarh.

Delhi
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Delhi.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.

Goa
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.

Gujarat
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Gujarat.

Haryana
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Haryana.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.

Himachal Pradesh
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.

- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from J&K.

Karnataka
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Karnataka.

Kerala
- E-Pass is not required for intra-state travel but is required for inter-state travel.

Madhya Pradesh
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Madhya Pradesh.

Maharashtra
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Maharashtra.
- Only 3 people can travel with one driver.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years, those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.
Meghalaya
- Pick up of passengers from Guwahati Airport or Guwahati Railway Station is not permitted till 10th June.
- The Transport Department will arrange for buses to pick up passengers from Guwahati Airport and Guwahati Railway Station.
Odisha
- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Odisha.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
- People aged above 65 years, those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.
Punjab
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.
- Customers are advised to avoid travel between 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays owing to intermittent curfews.

- No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Rajasthan.

Tamil Nadu
- E-Pass is not required for intra-state travel but is required for inter-state travel.

West Bengal
- No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district except on 07, 11 and 12 September. During these dates in September, West Bengal will remain under complete lockdown.
- Travel timing is 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
