The customer shall use the deal code “DEALSONWHEELS” (“Deal Code”) in order to vail the Offer under these terms and conditions. The Offer shall be available for redemption at the time of making the payment for the booking against which the Offer is to be availed. In case the customer applies the Deal Code incorrectly or forgets to mention the Deal Code, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback or instant discount, as the case may be.

MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other MakeMyTrip offer.
The offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - Reward Bonus Amount), MyCash earned through any promotional and referral programmes.
MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
MakeMyTrip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or to cancel the booking.
In no event shall the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of the promotional discount being offered.
Products & services shall be subject to availability.
Customers who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount whatsoever.
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the offer.

In case of any partial/full cancellation the booking, the Offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount/cashback on the subsequent booking.
If the customer cancels the travel booking upon availing the Offer discount amount, MMT will deduct the discount amount from the refund to be remitted to the customer’s wallet or the bank account, as the case may be and the cancellation charges, if any, shall apply as per the cancellation policy.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation of the travel booking, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
