T&Cs - Taj Experiences Card

• A user is eligible for one Taj Experiences e-Card per booking
• Experiences Card to be mailed on customer’s email id 1 day prior check-in
• The card shall be sent to the customer as an e-voucher on the email address used at the time of booking
• The e-card shall be sent within one day before the check-in date
• The E-Gift card is valid for one time use only. Any unused balance on the card after the first redemption shall lapse
• The e-Gift Card is valid for 28 days from the date of check-in
• The Taj e-Gift Card offer is not valid on Pay at Hotel bookings
• No e-Gift card shall be shared in case of cancelled bookings
• The e-Gift cards are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, herewith referred to as Taj.
• The e-Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, Vivanta by Taj - Hotels & Resorts, The Gateway Hotels & Resorts located in India, excluding Taj Safaris and Ginger Hotels.
• The e-Gift Card is valid for spends made towards spa services, food and beverages and applicable taxes at any Taj Hotel in India without restrictions, except for Banquets and paid-outs like car transfers, Wi-Fi, retail spends at Taj Khazana or any third party outlets at Taj properties, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third party sources, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc
• The gift card shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of cash.
• Should the customer purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through a major credit/debit card, at the time of making such a purchase
• No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the e-Gift Card
• Valid e-Gift card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
• The e-Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
• This e-Gift Card is cash equivalent. Taj is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
• No Loyalty Points can be earned on Gift card spends.
• Any dispute needs to be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final.
• The e-Gift Card is subject to applicable laws. The company and Gift Card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
• Any dispute relating to the e-Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
• Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces (Taj) reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not valid on bookings made through Pay at Hotel option
• Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel, through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD), EMI, net banking and any 3rd party wallets

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the e-Gift card

Other Terms and Conditions

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/cashback under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
