1. How do I avail the offers on domestic flights during the APPFEST?

In order to avail discounts on domestic flights during the APPFEST, you will have to apply dealcode "APPFEST" on the Travellers page (deal code box). The offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 27th October’15 to 23:59 hours on 2nd November’15.

2. Can I get discount on MakeMyTrip’s Desktop Website as well?

No, the offers are exclusively available on MakeMyTrip Android & iOS Mobile App only.

3. How much discount do I get in this offer?

By using your Citibank debit and credit card, you can get a cashback of INR 1500 to your card. On using any other bank’s debit or credit card, cashback of INR 1200 will be credited to your MakeMyTrip Wallet.

4. Can I do multiple bookings using the same coupon code?

Yes, you are allowed to make multiple bookings using the coupon code APPFEST. But in the event of Citibank Card being used to make a second booking, it will be eligible for regular offer (1200/- cashback to wallet) but not for the Citibank offer.

5. Till when will I get cashback into my account?

Cashback will be processed to your MakeMyTrip Wallet and to Citibank card by 5th December, 2015.

6. Is there any minimum booking value to be eligible for this offer?

Yes, Offer is only valid on bookings with a minimum booking amount of INR 6,000 excluding any ancillary purchased (meals, insurance etc.)

7. Is this offer valid for any particular travel dates, airline?

No , there is no restriction on travel date or airline selected.

8. Is there any expiry limit on the amount credited to MakeMyTrip Wallet?

Yes. Amount credited to MakeMyTrip Wallet will be valid only till 90 days after the day of processing. You are advised to utilize the wallet amount within this period.

9. Can the amount in my wallet be used by my friends or family?

No. In order to access the cashback in MakeMyTrip Wallet account, customer must use the same email ID as used at the time of the booking, where the deal code was applied.

10. What will happen in case of cancellation for the bookings made during or after the offer period?

In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full) before the cashback is being processed, you will not be eligible for the offer. In case, the booking is cancelled (in part or full) post cashback amount is processed, the entire cashback amount availed for the said transaction during the offer period will be deducted/adjusted from the refund amount.

11. Can I make the payment through Payback points available to me?

Yes, you may opt to make partial payment through payback points. However, in such a case, the customer must pay a minimum amount of INR 1500 through card in case of Citibank offer and a minimum amount of INR 1200 through card or netbanking in case of Regular Offer in order to be eligible for the cashback.
