Get flat Rs 750 cashback on a successful Forex product booking using a specific coupon code.

Offer Period: The Offer will be applicable from 8th August 2024 to 31st December 2025.

How do you get it?

• To avail the Offer, the Customer must make a booking for any international flight through the Platform.
• Upon successful completion of the international flight booking, customers will be shown the cashback deal during the forex booking stage.
• Customers need to apply this Cashback Offer during the forex purchase stage.
• User can only claim this cashback on new forex card and currency notes order only.
• The Customer must complete the forex (card or currency notes) purchase (including documentation and forex transfer) before their Flight departure date.
• The Customer needs to purchase forex (card or currency notes) worth INR 3,000 or more to claim the Offer as per these Terms.
• For purchasing Forex, customer need to upload supporting documents:- Indian Passport, PAN and Air Ticket which must be on the same name from which Flight/Forex is booked.
• Cashback will be credited to the MyCash Wallet.

What else do you need to know?

• The Customer must make the booking for the international Flight and the forex (card or currency notes) from the same user login only.
• The amount of cashback under the Offer will only be sent to the MyCash wallet and will not be allowed to be sent to the original pay mode.
• The amount of cashback under the Offer will be credited once the international Flight booking and the subsequent forex product (card or currency notes) purchase is successfully completed through the Platform.
• The amount will be rounded off to the nearest integer in case of INR or any other currency, if applicable.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• If the Customer cancels or modifies the international Flight booking, the Offer will stand cancelled and the Customer will not be able to apply the same Offer again.
• This offer is applicable for logged in users only.
• If the Customer cancels the forex (card or currency notes) purchase and in turn the order is cancelled, please note that the Offer will stand cancelled and the Customer will not be able to apply the same Offer again.
• The Forex order may get cancelled due to either of the below mentioned reasons and the Customer will not be eligible to apply the same Offer again:
  • Forex Order may be cancelled due to invalid documents.
  • Forex Order may be cancelled if the traveller is not available at the location along with a valid identity proof at the time of forex delivery.
  • Forex Order may be cancelled by the merchant at the time of due diligence, if the transaction seems fraudulent.

Terms of the Offer:

• The Offer will not be applicable on bookings made completely with wallet amount or gift cards.
• For Flights, discount is calculated on the base fare (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
• The Offer is applicable on select Flights only.
• Customers will only get the option to apply the deal in App version Android App Version: 9.0.9 and onwards, IOS APP Version: 9.0.8 and onwards.
• If the Customer cancels the order of the Card, the Customer shall not be eligible to receive the cashback under the Offer and the terms of cancellation as provided on the BookMyForex platform shall be applicable.
• MMT is not an authorized money changer and purely for the purposes of this Offer is only capturing the details of the Customers and passing the details to BookMyForex for successful completion of the purchase of forex card from BookMyForex by the Customer. Thus, BookMyForex is responsible for successful completion of the transaction and issuance of the forex card thereof in the capacity of acting as an authorized money changer. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Customer shall not be claiming from MMT in the event of an unsuccessful transaction.
• MMT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• MMT shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by the provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of provider who are MMT’s independent contractors.
• MMT does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the customer.
• Any date change may incur an additional charge and the same shall be applicable on the basis of the new date selected by the customer as per the respective provider policy.
• MMT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in the event of any force majeure.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MMT reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• MMT shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. Under no circumstances, will the entire liability of MMT under this offer exceed the amount of cashback provided under the Offer given here.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• By participating in this Offer, the customer gives MMT permission to use customer’s name, image and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or MMT brand name or services.
• All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on MMT platform will be applicable to this Offer. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the MMT website https://www.makemytrip.com. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MMT reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
• All the terms and conditions as may be applicable while availing the BookMyForex products shall be covered and governed by the terms and conditions provided alongside the products.
