MMT makes available the services and products on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the product or service will meet the Customers requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• MMT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this product and service by another provider, whether similar to the product or service offered by VICSL, or to extend or withdraw the product and service offering from its platform altogether.
• MMT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• MMT shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products/services offered by VICSL.
• MMT may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
• MMT shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services and products provided by VICSL, and for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of VICSL who are MMT’s independent contractors.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana only.
