Flights

• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).

Hotels

• For hotels, discount is to be calculated on property basic price (pre-tax price)
• Offer is valid on select hotels
• Domestic hotels offer is not applicable if the property is booked using the pay-at-hotel.

Bus

• Instant Discount is applied on Base Fare (Pre-Tax Amount).
• Offer is applicable on select bus operators only.
• This offer is not applicable on payments made through MyWallet - Reward Bonus amount.
• Both offers will not be applicable on Government buses.

Cabs

• Instant Discount is applied on Final Transaction fare
• This offer is not applicable on payments made through MakeMyTrip Wallet - Reward Bonus amount.

Holidays

• Offer is valid on select holiday packages
• To avail the offer, the customer must make the full 100% payment upfront, after applicable discounts.
• Option to pay in instalments shall not be available under this offer
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through SBI Debit Card, My Wallet (MyWallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking.
• Offer is also valid on SBI Credit Card EMI bookings.

Steps to redeem:

• To avail the offer, download MakeMyTrip Android or iOS app and then login/register to create your account. Select ‘Holiday Packages’ on the home screen. Alternatively, open https://www.makemytrip.com/ on desktop or mobile browser & select ‘Holiday Packages’.
• Select “From City/Departure city” and “Destination” and press “Search”
• Select the Holiday Package of your choice & click on ‘Book Now’ tab the bottom.
• On the Apply Coupon section, click on ’View More Coupons’ and apply the new coupon code shared. In case of Instant discount, the discount is applied on the Total Basic Cost.
• Enter your details under Contact Information and confirm the total amount to be paid by clicking on ‘Continue’ tab. Make the payment and complete your booking.
• The offer can be redeemed offline through MakeMyTrip Holiday Experts by dropping a query or initiating a chat on www.makemytrip.com or visiting our retail outlets.

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through SBI Debit Card, My Wallet (MyWallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking.
• Offer is also valid on SBI Credit Card EMI bookings.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms of the Offer:

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
• This offer is NOT applicable on SBI corporate cards and Paytm SBI Credit Cards.
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the SBI Card. MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip r reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event will the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the MakeMyTrip website will apply.
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
• Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by SBI Card. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by SBI Card to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to approach SBI Card. MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
