Lowest Price Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

• The offer is an optional offer conceptualized, organized and hosted by MakeMyTrip Arabia Travel & Tourism (hereinafter referred to as “MMT Arabia”) for all the eligible users.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of the applicable regulations in (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
• The following terms and conditions shall be applicable to all the users participating in the offer known as “Lowest Price Guarantee” (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) during the Offer Period as described herein.
• Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in its entirety (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). If any user does not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, such user is advised not to participate in the Offer.
• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “Customer” shall mean any natural person who being an eligible user has participated in the Offer.

Offer Proposition

The Lowest Price Guarantee product on the MMT Arabia platform applies to bookings of select hotels marked as MMT Exclusive. If, after making a successful booking through the MMT Arabia platform, you find a lower rate for the same booking details on any other online travel agent website, you may submit a claim according to the prescribed procedure. If the claim is validated and approved by MMT Arabia, you will be entitled to a refund of 2X the differential amount.

Offer: Refund of 2X differential amount (1X as MyCash and 1X as Reward Bonus) upto SAR 1000

Offer Period: The Offer is valid starting from 1 June 2025.

What do you get?

Refunds of 2X the amount of the difference between the booking rate on the MMT Arabia platform and the rate available on any other online travel agent website (as per the submitted claim) will be provided to the Customer as follows:

• 1X amount will be credited in the Customer’s MyCash wallet; and
• The Remaining 1X will be provided as a Reward Bonus.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the 'booking rate' refers to the rate at which the Customer has ultimately made the booking through the MMT Arabia platform.

Procedure to submit the claim for availing the Offer

Once you have completed your booking with MMT Arabia for an eligible property marked as MMT Exclusive, a form link will appear in the MyTrips section of the MMT Arabia platform. If you find a lower price for the same booking (with identical details) on any other online travel agent website, you may submit a claim by completing and uploading the required documents on the MMT Arabia platform.

The Customer will be required to provide/ upload the following details at the time of submitting the claim:

• MMT Arabia Booking ID
• Hotel name and city
• Website name & URL of the online travel agent where the lower price for the same booking is available.
• Relevant screenshots from the online travel agent website with the same room availability, room type, promotion, and the entire breakup of booking price.

Once you have successfully submitted the claim, MMT Arabia, at its reasonable discretion, reserves the right to either approve or reject the claim, with or without providing reasons for the rejection.

What happens post the claim is submitted?

• Upon receipt of the claim, MMT Arabia will verify the details and authenticity of the claim and respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the claim has been approved or rejected.
• MMT Arabia’s customer care team may contact you if additional information, documentation, or clarification is needed regarding the claim. You authorize MMT Arabia to reach out to you through any means of communication for this purpose.
• Once all required information provided by the Customer, or additional information requested by MMT Arabia, is received, MMT Arabia will issue an acknowledgment regarding the fulfillment of the claim within 24 hours.
• All approved claims will be credited within 48 hours post-checkout.

What else do you need to know?

• Claims for the Offer must be submitted within 24 hours of making the booking through the MMT Arabia platform. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
• The claim form will only be available for confirmed bookings of properties tagged as MMT Exclusive (Lowest Price Guarantee).
• Only bookings with full payment made at the time of booking are eligible for the claim. Book @ SAR 0 and Pay at Hotel bookings will not be eligible.
• The differential amount as per the Offer will be processed only after checkout and credited within 48 hours post-checkout. If the booking is canceled, any claim submitted by the Customer will be disregarded, and the Customer will not be eligible for the Offer.
• Please note, the following conditions will be applied in order to compare the price:
  • Same property
  • Same check-in and check-out dates
  • Same room type
  • Same meal plan
  • Same cancellation policy
  • The website shall be an online travel agent only
  • The price available on the online travel agent should be without any platform specific discount
  • The price available on the online travel agent should be without loyalty programs
  • The price available on the online travel agent should not include any bank coupons
  • The price available on the online travel agent should not include unpublished rates like package rates or corporate discounts.
  • The Price means the final rate, including taxes and service fees
  • The price available on the online travel agent should be available for instant online booking and confirmation when the check is conducted
• MMT Arabia’s Lowest Price Guarantee offer is not applicable for any third- party loyalty programs or bank/credit card rewards.
• MMT Arabia, at its reasonable discretion, shall have the right to approve or reject the claim submitted by the Customer depending upon the checks provided hereinabove.

General Terms and Conditions

• The Offer is only applicable on MMT Arabia website (sa.makemytrip.global) and Mobile App (Android and/ or iOS).
• This Offer is applicable only to select hotels tagged as MMT Exclusive as per the reasonable discretion of MMT Arabia. The Offer is not applicable on payment mode pay at hotel/ book now pay later options.
• MMT Arabia does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the customer.
• Any date change may incur an additional charge, and the same shall be applicable on the basis of the new date selected by the customer as per the respective provider policy.
• Further, by participating in this Offer:
  • The user warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that may have been submitted by the user while participating in the Offer; or
  • The user agrees that he or she is participating in this Offer as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between the user and MMT Arabia and the user is acting voluntarily, using its own time and resources to participate in the Offer, solely at the user’s own risk; and
  • The user warrants that prior to participating in the Offer, it shall be deemed that the user has read, understood and has agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
• MMT Arabia reserves the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any user who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Offer. Failure of MMT Arabia to enforce any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in any instance of the Offer shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Terms and Conditions and shall not give rise to any claim by any person or user. The users understand that the MMT Arabia may disqualify, suspend, block or terminate the participation of any users at any stages of the Offer where it is found that (i) participation of the user is not bona fide; (ii) the user has breached these Terms and Conditions. The decision of MMT Arabia shall at all times be binding and final.
• MMT Arabia reserves the right, at any time, without issuing prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer/ contest by another offer, whether similar to this Offer/ contest or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• If MMT Arabia modifies these Terms and Conditions, the latest revised version of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding on the users from the time of its posting on the website of MMT Arabia platform. The users are therefore advised to check the website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions and in the event the modified or amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to the users, the users should discontinue participating in the Offer. The user’s continued participation in the Offer will constitute the user’s acceptance of the latest revised Terms and Conditions.
• MMT Arabia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• MMT Arabia shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Notwithstanding anything contrary contained hereunder, in no event the aggregate liability of MMT Arabia under this Offer shall exceed the amount credited as per the terms of the Offer.
• MMT Arabia may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the Customer or travel agent, MMT Arabia reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel the booking.
• By participating in this Offer, the Customer gives MMT Arabia permission to use customer’s name, image and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or MMT Arabia brand name or services.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
• All other terms and conditions listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on MMT Arabia platform will be applicable to this Offer. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the MMT Arabia website. Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MMT Arabia reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
