Terms & Conditions

• Valid on Destinations – Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Egypt, Georgia and Cambodia
• Service fee is zero for all above countries
• Once application is sent to embassy, the visa fee becomes non refundable
• Till application is send to embassy, visa fee is refundable. Service fee charged by MMT will be non-refundable
• MMT reserves the right to alter, modify, replace, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
• MMT retains sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• We shall not be responsible for the actions of any consulate, embassy or any other Issuing Authority in delaying or rejecting visa applications for any reason whatsoever, or for issuance of visa with incorrect details. We shall not be liable for any losses, consequential or other damages, costs, expenses or losses of income/profits or loss of travel or holiday costs (whether purchased from us or any other travel intermediary or any other loss be it financial, physical or mental that you may incur directly or indirectly, due to delays or non-issuance of visa, for whatsoever reason.
• Processing time for visas, if quoted by us, are tentative and based on processing times provided by relevant embassy or consulates under normal circumstances and/or based on our experience. Such advise is provided on a best effort basis without any assurance or guarantee of its accuracy. Please note that visa processing timelines vary, depending on the country, visa type, individual circumstances, documents submitted etc
