MMTBLACK—MakeMyTrip's coveted loyalty program is designed to reward our loyal customers with a host of privileges, based on their travel spends. Here are the three tiers of the program:

• MMTBLACK Preferred
• MMTBLACK Elite
• MMTBLACK Exclusive

Your MMTBLACK tier is decided based on your spends of the last 12 months. You can upgrade your tier by increasing your spends.

Your membership tier will get upgraded automatically, based on your travel spends.

• If your spends in the last 12 months are >= ₹1,00,000 and less than < ₹2,00,000, you will become a member of the Elite tier.
• If your spends in the last 12 months are >= ₹2,00,000, you will become a member of the Exclusive tier.

The membership tier gets upgraded only upon travel completion. For example, if your total spends are ₹80,000 and you make a flight booking worth ₹30,000 on 1st of September to travel on 25th of September, your tier will be upgraded after you complete your travel on 25th of September.

Your membership tier cannot get downgraded for at least 12 months, from the date of enrollment. After 12 months, your travel spends will be re-evaluated and you can get downgraded to a lower tier if your travel spends do not meet the eligibility criteria of your current tier.

To retain your membership tier, your travel spends need to meet the eligibility criteria. After 12 months of your date of enrollment, your travel spends will be re-evaluated.

• If your spends in the last 12 months are >= ₹30,000 and less than < ₹1,00,000, you will become a member of the Preferred tier.
• If your spends in the last 12 months are >= ₹1,00,000 and less than < ₹2,00,000, you will become a member of the Elite tier.
• If your spends in the last 12 months are >= ₹2,00,000, you will become a member of the Exclusive tier.

Because the cancellation will occur before the travel date(s), the booking value will not be considered for your tier upgradation.

• 10% additional discount on select hotels, applicable over & above other discounts.

• My Cash worth ₹0.63 for every ₹100 spent on flight bookings, and My Cash worth ₹1.25 for every ₹100 spent on all other bookings (Rail, Metro and Visa not included).

MMTBLACK Exclusive members can avail:

• Discounted Airport Transfers: Savings of up to ₹300, for cab bookings to/from airports (can be availed on MakeMyTrip app, mobile site and website).
• Free Meals @ Airports: At select restaurants (can be availed only on MakeMyTrip app).
• Free Seat Selection: From a range of options on select flights (can be availed on MakeMyTrip app, mobile site and website).

These benefits can be availed by an MMTBLACK Exclusive member, with the following conditions:

• A maximum of one benefit can be availed per booking.
• The total number of benefits a customer can avail in their 12-month Exclusive membership period, is limited to 4.
• The customer may choose to avail the one specific benefit multiple times, but it/they will be counted as separate benefits. For example, 4 seat selections will be counted as 4 benefits.

You can avail only one privilege in one booking.

If you have booked a round trip, it is considered as one booking, so you can use one privilege (either on onward or return journey).

If you have booked your return trip in a separate booking (with a different booking ID), you can use one privilege on your onward journey, and one on your return journey.

On the Search Result page for Hotels, the hotels where additional discounts are applicable will be marked with 'MMTBLACK Privileges'. You can also filter the same by applying the MMTBLACK privileges filter.

These are post-sale benefits and can be redeemed once you reach the hotel. These benefits are subject to availability.

No. One Holiday Gift Voucher cannot be used in parts. It has to be availed in a single transaction only.

Yes. The Holiday gift vouchers can be availed both online and offline holiday bookings.

No. You will not get a refund on your Gift Voucher, upon cancelling your holiday package booking.

Yes. You can avail the tier-based MMTBLACK Privileges over and above other discounts.

The room upgrade is not guaranteed by the hotel in any manner and is solely subject to the hotel management’s discretion and as per the availability of rooms.

The room upgrade entitles the guest to check-in to a higher category room as compared to the booked room category, however the same meal plan originally booked will be applicable on the upgraded room category as well.

Yes, for all bookings to be counted in your travel spends, you have to be logged in to your MMTBLACK account on MakeMyTrip while making the booking. You can make the bookings from the app, desktop website or the mobile website.

If you upgrade from the Preferred tier to the Elite Tier, your membership will again start from the day you become an Elite member, for the next 12 months.

For example, You became a Preferred member on 1st September 2020 & get upgraded as an Elite member on 1st December 2020. Your MMTBLACK Elite membership will end on 1st December 2021 & not on 1st September 2021.

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the day you get enrolled in an MMTBLACK tier. After that, your membership tier will be re-evaluated based on your travel spends.

My Cash are the reward points which MMTBLACK members will get post travel completion. These can be directly used while making travel bookings on MakeMyTrip.

Your My Cash gets credited within 24 hours after successful completion of your travel (once your travel date has passed & you have not cancelled the booking).

For the booking(s) where you pay at the hotel, you will get My Cash after 35 days of receiving the confirmation of your stay.

You can use your accumulated My Cash balance while making your future travel bookings for flights, hotels, holidays, experiences, cabs and buses.

No. My Cash is credited only after you successfully complete your travel. In case you cancel your booking, you will not receive My Cash.

Yes. You will get the used My Cash back but its validity will not be extended. It will expire as per its original validity.

You can earn My Cash while making your travel bookings for flights, hotels, holidays, experiences, cabs and buses. Bookings need to be made on the MakeMyTrip App or Website. My Cash will not be calculated on bookings made offline.

My Cash will expire within 90 days of its credit date. These 90 days will be counted from the travel completion date and not from the booking date.

• This program is applicable for MakeMyTrip's website, Android and iOS mobile Apps only.
• In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace or discontinue, wholly or in part, this program by another program, whether similar to this program or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to, for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the program. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims under this MMTBLACK program shall exceed the value of My Cash credited for a particular milestone or utilized for making a booking/ obtaining a voucher by the MMTBLACK member.
• User Agreement, Privacy Policy and My Wallet terms and conditions on the MakeMyTrip website shall be applicable.
• By participating in the MMTBLACK program, the MMTBLACK member gives MakeMyTrip permission to use the MMTBLACK member’s name, image and any other details or information available on the MMTBLACK member’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote MMTBLACK or MakeMyTrip brand name or services.
• MakeMyTrip may share your personal Information with a third party or business partners in respect to MMTBLACK loyalty program.
• By participating in the MMTBLACK program, the MMTBLACK member releases and holds harmless MakeMyTrip, and any of its employees from all liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, even if caused or contributed to by MakeMyTrip’s negligence.
• Failure by MakeMyTrip to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
