MMTBLACK—MakeMyTrip's coveted loyalty program is designed to reward our loyal customers with a host of Benefits, based on their travel spends and completed trips. Here are the two tiers of the program:

• MMTBLACK GOLD
• MMTBLACK PLATINUM

Your MMTBLACK tier is decided based on your spends and the number of completed trips in the last 12 months. You need to meet both the spends and trips-completed criteria. You can upgrade your tier by increasing your spends and trips.

Your membership tier will get decided based on the following -

• If your spends are greater than or equal to INR 50,000 and less than INR 2,00,000 AND you have completed 4 or more trips, in the last 12 months, you will become a member of the GOLD tier.
• If your spends are greater than INR 2,00,000 AND you have completed 4 or more trips, in the last 12 months, you will become a member of the PLATINUM tier.

If your spends are greater than INR 2,00,000 AND you have completed 4 or more trips, in the last 12 months, your membership will upgrade from the GOLD tier to PLATINUM tier.

The membership tier gets upgraded only upon travel ‘completion’. For example, if your total spends are INR 1,80,000 and you make a flight booking worth INR 30,000 on 1st September to travel on 25th September, your tier will be upgraded after you complete your travel on 25th September.

Your membership tier cannot get downgraded for at least 12 months from the date of enrolment. After 12 months, your travel spends and the number completed trips, will be re-evaluated and you can get downgraded to the GOLD tier if your travel spends do not meet the eligibility criteria of your current PLATINUM tier.

If you fail to meet the minimum membership eligibility conditions i.e. minimum spends of INR 50,000 and at least 4 completed-trips, your MMTBLACK membership will be revoked.

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the day you get enrolled in an MMTBLACK tier. After that, your membership tier will be re-evaluated based on your travel spends.

If you upgrade from the GOLD tier to the PLATINUM Tier, your membership will re-start from the day you become a PLATINUM member, for the next 12 months. For example, you became a GOLD member on 1st February 2024 & get upgraded as a PLATINUM member on 1st April 2024. Your MMTBLACK PLATINUM membership will end on 1st April 2025 & not on 1st February 2025.

Yes, for all bookings to be counted in your travel spends, you must be logged in to your MMTBLACK account on MakeMyTrip while making the booking. You can make the bookings from the app, desktop website or the mobile website.

Because the cancellation will occur before the travel date(s), the booking value will not be considered for your tier upgradation.

No. The MMTBLACK membership cannot be purchased.

No. The MMTBLACK Flight Benefits can only be availed if they are selected during the flight booking process. They cannot be availed after the booking is already made.

On the Search Result page for Hotels, the hotels where additional discounts are applicable will be marked with 'MMTBLACK Benefits'. You can also filter the same by applying the MMTBLACK Benefits filter.

The benefit will have to be selected at the time of booking the hotel. You will not be able to add a benefit after the booking has been made.

No, the Voucher cannot be availed in parts.

Yes. The Holiday vouchers can be availed both online and offline holiday bookings.

No. You will not get a refund on your Voucher, upon cancelling your holiday package booking.

Yes. You can avail the tier-based MMTBLACK Benefits over and above other discounts.

Yes. During the MMTBLACK sale, you can avail your MMTBLACK Benefits over and above existing discounts.

• MMTBLACK Members are eligible for Holiday Package Holiday vouchers as per the below mentioned construct and terms -
  • GOLD Tier – Two Holiday vouchers worth flat INR 3,500 OFF* each, which can be utilised to get discount on Holiday Package bookings worth INR 75,000 or more.
  • PLATINUM Tier – Two Holiday vouchers worth INR 3,500 OFF* and INR 7,500 OFF* each, which can be utilised to get discount on Holiday Package bookings worth INR 75,000 and INR 1,25,000 respectively.
• The Holiday vouchers are applicable on purchase of Holiday Packages made from MakeMyTrip only and are valid during the current cycle of the membership. The Holiday vouchers can be redeemed while making a booking through the MakeMyTrip App or Website, as well as through our Holiday Experts by dropping a query or initiating a chat on www.makemytrip.com
• These Holiday vouchers are not valid on individual flight, hotel, bus, rail and cab bookings or any other service except holiday packages.
• Minimum selling price of a holiday package should be INR 75,000/ to redeem one Gift Voucher.
• The products and services are subject to availability.
• The Holiday vouchers cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
• The validity of these Holiday vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the acceptance of any Holiday voucher if it suspects that there is duplicity of Holiday vouchers.

myCash is the cashback reward which MMTBLACK members get post payment completion. These can be directly used to get discount on future travel bookings on MakeMyTrip.

• myCash value payout for MMTBLACK GOLD tier is as mentioned below:
  • On flight bookings, you get myCash worth INR 0.5 for every INR 100 spent.
  • On all other bookings (except Rail, Metro and Visa), you get myCash worth INR 1 for every INR 100 spent. You will get myCash once you have completed your travel.

• myCash value payout for MMTBLACK PLATINUM tier as mentioned below:
  • On flight bookings, you get myCash worth INR 0.75 for every INR 100 spent.
  • On all other bookings (except Rail, Metro and Visa), you get myCash worth INR 1 .5 for every INR 100 spent. You will get the myCash once you have completed the travel.

You can see your myCash balance in the myWallet section of the MakeMyTrip app/website.

myCash will be credited to the user if the Full Payment is completed at the time of booking. For Holiday Package bookings, myCash will be credited only after travel completion. For Partial Payment Cases (Example Book@0, BNPL on Hotels, Cabs, etc.), myCash will be credited once the Full Payment is done before travel date or after travel completion. myCash will be credited only to members who are logged in to their MakeMyTrip account. In case a member is not logged in, their MMTBLACK status will not get identified and myCash will not get credited to their account.

You can use your accumulated myCash balance while making your future travel bookings for flights, hotels, holidays, experiences, cabs and buses. You cannot use myCash on Train bookings.

Yes. You will get the used myCash back but its validity will not be extended. It will expire as per its original validity.

You can earn myCash while making your travel bookings for flights, hotels, holidays, experiences, cabs and buses. Bookings need to be made on the MakeMyTrip App or Website. myCash will not be calculated on bookings made offline.

myCash will expire within 90 days of its credit date. It will expire after 90 days and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• This program is applicable for MakeMyTrip's website, Android and iOS mobile Apps only.
• In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace or discontinue, wholly or in part, this program by another program, whether similar to this program or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to, for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the program. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims under this MMTBLACK program shall exceed the value of myCash credited for a particular milestone or utilized for making a booking/ obtaining a voucher by the MMTBLACK member.
• User Agreement, Privacy Policy and My Wallet terms and conditions on the MakeMyTrip website shall be applicable.
• By participating in the MMTBLACK program, the MMTBLACK member gives MakeMyTrip permission to use the MMTBLACK member’s name, image and any other details or information available on the MMTBLACK member’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote MMTBLACK or MakeMyTrip brand name or services.
• MakeMyTrip may share your personal Information with a third party or business partners in respect to MMTBLACK loyalty program.
• By participating in the MMTBLACK program, the MMTBLACK member releases and holds harmless MakeMyTrip, and any of its employees from all liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, even if caused or contributed to by MakeMyTrip’s negligence.
• Failure by MakeMyTrip to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
