What do you get?

• Instant Discount (as per the details mentioned in the above table) on EMI transactions using HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Yes Bank Credit cards for EMIs of 3, 6, 9 & 12 months duration.

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as applicable in the E-Coupon field
• Customer needs to pay using EMI options available on HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Yes Bank Credit Cards on MakeMyTrip
• Offer cannot  be clubbed with any deal code running on MakeMyTrip
• The offer is valid from 5th to 17th December 2019 between 0000 Hrs and  2359 Hrs
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category throughout the offer period
• For Flights, Instant discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased eg: meals, insurance)
• For Hotels, Instant discount will be calculated on hotel basic price (pre-tax price)
• A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel booking
• A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
• Offer is valid on select hotels

What is No Cost EMI?

• No Cost EMI can be availed on 3 months tenure
• In No Cost EMI, monthly instalment = Total product price / EMI tenure in months
• The interest charged by the bank will be offered in the form of cashback  by MakeMyTrip, effectively making it no effective interest
• For e.g:
  • You pay INR 30,000 for your ticket using No Cost EMI, your card will be blocked for INR 30,000 at MakeMyTrip
  • Your bank will convert this to EMI within 4-7 days.
  • Cashback equal to the interest amount (INR 663) will be credited within 7 days to card. This reduces a loan of INR 30,663 (principal + interest) to a loan of INR 30,000
  • You pay 3 equal instalments of INR 10,000 every month
• The discount under No Cost EMI on credit card payment option is being offered exclusively by MMT and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.
• Cardholder will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment to the respective Bank Card in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card.

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is also valid on EMI bookings only.
• Offer is valid for only 1 booking per category per Credit Card during the entire offer period.
• Offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’s Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only
• Offer is not valid on multi city flights. These flights are booked through multi-city tab on website
• Offer is valid only on Ex-India flights i.e. Flights departing from any Indian airport
• Offer is NOT applicable on NR, Corporate and Commercial cards.
• Offer is NOT applicable on part payment transactions.
• Offer is NOT applicable on transaction made partially or completely using Gift Cards
• In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously from a Bank, no two offers can be combined by the customer
• This Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Debit Cards/Internet Banking
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal
• Offer will NOT apply on payments made from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Yes Bank Credit cards via PhonePe payment option
• Bookings where "Book now Pay Later" option is selected, and INR 1 has been paid for reservation, will not be eligible for the offer
• Offer not valid on “Pay at Hotel” bookings
• This offer is not valid on same day and +1 day check ins.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer

Other terms and conditions

• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any cashback
• Offer is valid only on the eligible BINs shared by respective Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by respective Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach respective Bank and respective Bank shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
