When you make a booking through MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited (“MMT”) platform, the said terms and conditions shall apply with regard to the Offers laid hereunder.

How do you get it?

  • To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
  • The offer is valid only from 16th Jan to 18th Jan 2023 (both days included) between 0000 Hours and 2359 Hours.
  • The offer is valid on payment made through Citi Credit and Debit Cards only.
  • The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App
  • The offer is applicable only on select domestic properties only.
  • Discount is to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax price)
  • The offer is not applicable if the hotel is booked using the ‘Pay-at-Hotel’ or ‘Book Now Pay Later’ or ‘Book now @ just ₹1 option’.
  • The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per calendar month throughout the offer period.

Holidays TnCs

  • For holidays, Instant discount is calculated on base fare (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees)
  • For Holidays, MakeMyTrip sponsored partial payment option shall not be available under this offer.
  • For Holidays, the customer must make the full 100% payment upfront, after applicable discounts. Option to pay in instalments shall not be available under this offer.

Bus TnCs

  • The Instant Discount is applied on Base Fare (Pre-Tax Amount).
  • The offer is applicable on select bus operators only.
  • The offer is not applicable on Government/ RTC buses.
  • The offer is not applicable on Book/Reserve Now Pay later bookings.
  • The offer will be applicable on booking amount exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection, Taxes & Ancillaries fee.
  • The offer is not applicable on part payments.
  • Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments.

Outstation Cabs TnCs

  • The Instant Discount is applied on Base Fare (Pre-Tax Amount).

  • The offer will be applicable on booking amount exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection, Taxes & Ancillaries fee.
  • The offer is not applicable on part payments.
  • The offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments.

Hourly Rental TnCs

  • or hourly rentals, Click on the ‘Cabs’ button on your app homescreen.
  • Select the ‘Hourly Rentals’ tab.
  • Enter the Pickup city name & pickup date and time, (where & when you required the Hourly Rental Cabs.)
  • Choose the Hourly rentals package. (Number of hours & KM for your trip – You can choose the exact duration for which you need the car – from 4 Hr to 12 Hrs.)
  • Click on ‘Search’ to get a ride.

      • Fare packages:

    • The no. of hours you choose is the minimum amount you pay.
    • Additional charges: charges: Extra charges over and above your packages would be for every additional Km & Min.
    • Parking, tolls & taxes: Tolls & taxes would be additional.
    • Parking charges to be paid to the driver in cash

Airport Cabs TnCs

  • The offer is valid only on Airport cab bookings.
  • The offer is applicable on both Airport to City and City to Airport Bookings.
  • The offer is applicable on all vehicle type.
  • Mentioned price is all inclusive.

What else do you need to know?

  • The offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Pay Pal, Gift card payments
  • Offer is also valid on Citi Credit Card EMI bookings.

Conditions in case of cancellation

  • In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
  • If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms of the Offer:

  • If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
  • This offer is NOT applicable on Citibank corporate cards and Paytm First Credit Cards.
  • Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
  • In the event of Citi Card being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for this offer on Citi Cards.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the bank directly and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
  • MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
  • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
  • In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply.
  • Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such case, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.

  • For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).

Steps to redeem Holiday offer:

  • To avail the offer, download MakeMyTrip Android or iOS app and then login/register to create your account. Select ‘Holiday Packages’ on the home screen. Alternatively, open https://www.makemytrip.com/ on desktop or mobile browser & select ‘Holiday Packages’.
  • Select “From City/Departure city” and “Destination” and press “Search”
  • Select the Holiday Package of your choice & click on ‘Book Now’ tab the bottom.
  • In case of Instant discount, the discount is applied on the Total Basic Cost.
  • Enter your details under Contact Information and confirm the total amount to be paid by clicking on ‘Continue’ tab. Make the payment and complete your booking.
  • The offer can be redeemed through MakeMyTrip Holiday Experts/Franchise by dropping a query or initiating a chat on www.makemytrip.com or visiting our retail outlets

Conditions in case of cancellation

  • Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by SBI Card. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by SBI Card to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to approach SBI Card. MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airline, shipping companies, cruise, coach owners, coach operators, tour operators who are MakeMyTrip’s independent contractors.
  • MakeMyTrip does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
  • All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the Makemytrip website “https://www.makemytrip.com”
  • Any date change may incur an additional charge may be applicable on the new date selected by the customer in case package price for new dates are higher.
  • Any increase or addition in government or hotel taxes would be applicable at the time of final payment.
  • Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room services, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
  • The offer is only valid on holiday package online bookings only. Offer is not valid for standalone hotel or flight bookings. The existing coupon code of Holidays has to be removed to be able to use this new coupon.
  • In case of amendment or increase in nights of booking, difference in price will be charged.
  • No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services. The itinerary given is indicative and may be altered to suit the final confirmations received on all the services.
  • Prices are unique and may be based on offers running at the time of booking.
