• As a winner, you should be willing to share some engaging travel stories of your UK holiday for promotions with MakeMyTrip.

• Participation in the Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at this webpage. By participating, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Campaign, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
• Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and will be deemed void where prohibited. The Participation in the campaign is free. Participant must be 18 years of age and must have a valid Passport. (Residents of Tamil Nadu are prohibited from participating in the Campaign)
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
• MakeMyTrip will endeavour to run the Campaign on and at the advertised date, time and venue electronically as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend the advertised date and time.
• The name of winner(s) will be disclosed in the first week of February 2020.
• The Winner(s) will be given a fully funded trip to UK (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”) subject to fulfillment of the requirement herein.
• In case of Visa rejection, the Winner will have to forfeit the Prize and MakeMyTrip in its sole discretion may select another participant as Winner.
• Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. MakeMyTrip accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the winnings.
• Winners of the Campaign shall be required to make the payment of applicable taxes including but not limited to any statuary payments as may be applicable towards availing the prize won.

Participation Requirements

• Participant must be a registered user of MakeMyTrip.
• To participate, participants must post their reason (in the form of video(s), static, funny memes etc.) to travel to UK on social media such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
• During the Campaign Period, in order to increase their chance of winning, participants need to ensure highest number of engagements (shares, likes, comments and reposts).

Mandate for the Winner(s)

• The Winner must be an Indian Citizen and must fulfill the UK Visa requirements.
• The Winner must be available to travel to UK in March 2020.
• The Winner must carry the requisite equipment, accessories to shoot pictures and videos while on the trip.
• The Winner must create videos and pictures for each destination they visit during the trip.
• The Winner by accepting the Prize shall grant a perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide right to use the videos and pictures created to MakeMyTrip for commercial and promotional purposes and shall not object and/or claim any royalty in this regard.

General Terms and Conditions

• License: Subject to the terms and conditions of these T&Cs, MakeMyTrip grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this Website as expressly permitted herein. MakeMyTrip hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited license to view or print the content in this site without alterations, for personal, non-commercial use only. The User agrees not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Website in any manner whatsoever. 
• User agrees not to distribute (in any medium) any part of the Content of this website.
• User shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything from the Website, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.
• User agrees to follow all instructions provided by MakeMyTrip which will prescribe the way such user may use the website.
• There may be a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks displayed on the Website. MakeMyTrip does not grant the User a license, right or authority to utilize such proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks in any manner except for searching for or procuring any services or products of MakeMyTrip.
• Users expressly agree that their use of this site and or its contents and services is their total responsibility and at their sole risk.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Website and the services offered on the same or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any other reason whatsoever.
• MakeMyTrip may periodically make improvements or changes in its Website at any time without any notice to the User.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
• The prizes won and/or procured through the Campaign are strictly for personal use only and is not extendable to friends and family. Any commercial use, including but not limited to by travel agents, of the same is prohibited and would amount to legal consequences.
• The Terms and Conditions herein are subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
• Force majeure: MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control including natural disasters, earth quakes, floods, fire, explosion, accidents, epidemics, quarantine restrictions or any other act of public enmity including but not restricted to any business compulsion or shutdown /breakdown of website, block of passage, revolution, riots, civil commotion, hostility, sabotage, quarantine restrictions, act of god and acts of government, strikes, embargoes, go-slow, lock-out, closure, theft, dislocation of normal working conditions, internet or network non-availability, accident, war, riots, civil commotion, political upheaval, break-down of machinery, any terrorist activity, any natural calamity, adverse weather or climatic condition, or any other causes or conditions beyond the control of MakeMyTrip, whether directly due to or in consequence of the aforesaid causes and the existence of such causes or consequences shall operate to extend the time of performance till the cause of delay shall have ceased to exist.
• Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by MakeMyTrip) shall result in disqualification of the participant.
• The selection of the winner(s) shall be the sole discretion of MakeMyTrip and shall be binding on the participants. No objection to the same will be entertained at any point in time.
