What is 100% Verified Properties?

Alternate Accommodations (henceforth referred as ‘Alt Acco.’) is a category of properties that includes non-hotel stay options such as apartments, Villas, hostels, Campsites etc. MMT, through its platform, facilitates the booking of Alt Acco properties and in its bid to strive to give the best & most varied travel experience to travellers - provides a wide range of Alt Acco properties.

100% Verified Properties is a customer protection program which protects you in rare cases where your experience is not up to the mark while staying at selected Alt Acco property. You can file a claim through our app and our Customer Service Agent would connect with you to promptly resolve the issue and to help with the claim.

MMT is launching promotional programme on Alt Acco where it would offer domestic Alt Acco properties fully verified, subject to terms and conditions. All the Alt Acco hosts participating in this program have been sensitised to provide great stay experiences to the customers booking thorough us. The properties participating in the program can be identified by “100% Verified Properties” logo on our app.

Under the Alt Acco 100% Verified Properties program, MMT, on the basis of participation & representation by the respective property/ host, confirms the following:

  • All amenities mentioned against the property on our app are available at/around the property in working condition.
  • All professional photos uploaded on the app against the property by the property host are genuine.

In case you have a genuine issue with your stay, in respect to the attributes highlighted above, you can raise a claim for refund under “100% Verified Property” Promise.

How to make a claim under 100% Verified Properties?

  • Call 1800-102-8747 to talk to our customer care executive who will attend to your grievances promptly.
  • Provide photo/screenshot of MMT listing page and actual photo of property/amenity against which claim is being requested
  • If we are unable to resolve/ rectify the issue within 2 hours, your claim will be submitted for refund

What happens after my claim is submitted?

  • Upon receipt of claim, MMT Customer Service Agent will verify the details and authenticity of the claim.
  • Our Customer Service Agent may get in touch with you in case additional information, proof or clarity is needed with respect to the claim.
  • You will receive a communication about approval/rejection of the claim within 48 Hours of its receipt.
  • Once approved, Transaction Amount will be credited as ‘My Cash’ in your MMT wallet which will have a validity period of 180 days.

Refund Amount

  • Once Money Back Claim is approved, Transaction Amount corresponding to remaining days of stay will be refunded as ‘My Cash’ in your MMT wallet . Transaction Amount is amount paid by the customer net of promotional wallet/ coupons while making the booking of the property.
  • The maximum claim allowed under 100% Verified Properties is Transaction Amount paid by the customer.
  • Transaction Amount excludes Coupons, offers by MMT, wallet money, and/or any other Partner offers.

Grounds for Rejection

MMT reserves the right to deny the refund claim in 100% Verified Properties in the following situations:

  • Customer did not invoke the promise by raising the refund request before checkout
  • Customer did not provide either the MMT listing page photo/screenshot or the actual image
  • The customer did not respond to the Customer Service Agent’s request to provide additional information, proof or clarity with respect to the claim

Please Note

  • 100% Verified Properties is valid only for the impacted day of stay and for check-in cases only.
  • 100% Verified Properties is not applicable on Cancelled Transactions.
  • For Pay At Hotel Transactions, 100% Verified Properties is not applicable in case of a no-show.
  • By registering your claim, you authorize MMT to contact you via any means of communication.
  • MMT in its sole discretion may reject any claim in case of abuse/misuse of the campaign or if the claim is not eligible under the campaign.
  • The Alt Acco/host will be responsible for providing the accommodation services as well the amenities displayed on MMT app. MMT would be rendering services as a facilitator arranging booking of the accommodation between Alt Acco host and customers. Accordingly, only the Alt Acco host shall be responsible for provision of services to the customers booking the accommodation through MMT.
  • You provide a worldwide, royalty free and irrevocable license to MMT to use the images shared by you under 100% Verified Properties for the purpose of providing facilitations services enumerated above.
  • No My Cash will be payable under 100% Verified Properties if your concern is solved directly between the host and you.

Other Legal Terms

  • MMT at its sole discretion may choose to discontinue the 100% Verified Properties campaign without prior intimation
  • No exceptions to the rules mentioned above shall be entertained.
  • MMT reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add or alter any of the promised services under the campaign.
  • My Cash received under this Campaign may be utilised for future booking on MMT Platform in accordance with the terms and conditions regulating the usage of My Cash.
  • My Cash received is not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • My Cash will only be credited to the MMT account of the person whose MMT’s account is used for booking the Alt Acco. My Cash can only be utilised for the booking of hotel reservation through MMT platform. My cash will have a validity of 180 days only from the date the same is credited in your My Cash wallet.
  • MMT is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
  • The “100% Verified Property” promise is not applicable in a force majeure condition and in cases outside the reasonable control of host/ property staff.
  • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the campaign by a customer, MMT reserves the right to take requisite action and peruse available recourse.
  • The “100% Verified Property” promise is not applicable for the travel agents.
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with the “100% Verified Property” promise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
  • For the bookings made under the “100% Verified Property” promise, User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MMT website shall apply.
  • MMT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this campaign by another campaign, whether similar to this Campaign or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • In no event shall the entire liability of MMT under the “100% Verified Property” promise exceed the Transaction Amount paid for booking the Alt Acoo.
  • MMT shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with the 100% Verified Properties Campaign.
  • The decision of MMT for any dispute under the 100% Verified Properties Campaign shall be final and binding.
